so... the long awaited break is finally here!

been sleeping and nua-ing away for the past 7 days. 

anyway, met up with Annie GF and went Jcube for our lunch. psycho her to have watami bcus i'm craving for the stone pot set. 

tried using my new camera and heres the result!

tried the new kind of stone pot set, the Ishiyaki Salmon & Tobiko Gohan set. seriously, i was so disappointed with their service. 

this is the second time i'm dining at watami (Jcube) and the service is getting poorer. the waiter did not even offer to mix my stone pot set after serving it. im not sure if it was compulsory for the staff to do it since we are uncertain of how to mix the rice. 

i ordered the stone pot series previously at watami (Bishan Junction 8 & Jcube) and the staffs offered to mix the rice for me. thats why the shock when this time round the waiter did not do so. 

p/s: i had to mix the rice on my own and the rice was scattered all over my bowl. argh!

moving on, Annie's Hire Katsu Tamago Toji Teishoku set which is pork filet cutlet with scrambled egg sauce set, came in disappointment too. previous times when we ordered this set, the egg was done and came together with the pork cutlet and the sauce. today, they served us with the pot and a raw egg. 

both of us thought that the waiter will crack the egg for us. but NO! we had to ask other staffs (not sure if its those cleaner auntie bcus they just stood by the side) to help us crack the egg and make it scrambled egg. 

we wanted to order the crispy potato (french fries) but were told that it was sold out.

p/s: it was around 2pm.

not sure if i had too pleasant experiences with watami previously or was it a super bad experience today. perhaps if im craving for watami the next time round, i shall either have other food or just go all the way down to J8's branch. totally disappointing.
