met up with babyz & sy bestie on 07may to collect our graduation robes together.

first ever time im wearing xs. :D

bused to jcube and had our lunch at 吃在台北.

 when we look at the menu, we knew that we're definitely going to over order.

everything looks really yummy!

imagine having to queue for 20 mins for a table for three.

the minced meat is just nice for 1 serving and the egg is very well-done.

i just don't like that yellow plum thingy in the middle and the overwhelmed salt intake towards the end of the bowl. 

 sy bestie's order: 担仔面

it looks tempting, but not sure how nice it tastes like. :/

babyz's order: 鸡排便当

i like the chicken. although it taste similar to the shi lin XL chicken, but the meat is more tender.

the salad serving is pretty much too. a balanced diet.

it goes really well with the chili that they provide.

but if you are feasting on this without any main dishes, it would be a lil too salty.

overall, not a bad choice. :)

our second side: 盐酥鸡

the chicken is nice, flavoring is just nice.

only bad point is that it's a tad too oily.

overall experience: good choice if you are a person who is afraid of heat.

the restaurant is located just beside the ice skating rink, cool air will be directed to the restaurant.

do request for a seat near the entrance if you are afraid of the cold! :)

after main dishes, its time for high tea!

we had 3 high tea set, inclusive of a drink (coffee/tea) and a slice of cake.

babyz's chocolate caramel cake.

the chocolate is super thick and sweet.

suitable for people who has a sweet tooth. :) 

bestie and i each had a slice of red velvet cake.

actually it can be names as red velvet cheese cake instead.

the cheese taste is super strong.

we had only half a piece and we thought it was too sickening to finish the entire slice.

 complimentary tea for bestie.

complimentary coffee for babyz and i.

overall experience: nice environment to catch up with your mates/clique.

we sat there catching up with each other for nearly 2 hours.

sweet tooth people can appreciate their cakes better.

looking forward to try out other restaurants in jcube when i have the time! :)
