saturday date with momsy & babyz ; Monday, 16 April 2012
if you follow my instagram, you'll saw these pictures that I took at watami (Bishan outlet)
okay actually i took more than those that i'hv uploaded, bcus the internet connection in that restaurant is basically zero. -.-
refreshed ten thousand times but still couldn't load so i gave up eventually.
heres the rest! :)
all our set lunch came together with a bowl of miso soup as well as salad.
okay, i love this shot of the salad.
nice lighting. :D
mine, Sutamina Don set - $10.80
not bad, they actually offered to help in mixing the ingredients together for you.
it's really a nice gesture bcus not everyone knows exactly how well the mix is supposed to be.
rate it ♥♥♥♥♥ (4/5)
both momsy and babyz' Hire Katsu Tamago Teishoku set - $10.80
looks pretty good too right? :)
the cutlet was a tad salty after being soaked in the sauce for too long. :(
but overall, not bad.
give it a ♥♥♥♥♥ (3.5/5)
we had 2 side dishes bcus momsy wanted to give them a try.
Kani & Hotate Cream Croquette -$6.80
this was really a surprise.
we thought that it might be something like takoyaki or similar, but inside, its actually cream.
the fillings are different in every ball and the ones we had was pineapple and a small piece of scallop.
not really our cup of tea, i would say.
i'll give it a ♥♥♥♥♥ (2.5/5)
Crispy Potato - $5.80
the orange sauce is nice, a lil sweet and sour taste.
fries are served hot and crispy, living to its name.
seaweed is being topped on the fries, giving it additional flavor. thumbs up!
i'll give it a ♥♥♥♥♥ (4/5)
overall, watami creates a nice ambience for the customers.
lighting wise, great.
service, good.
food, good.
price, affordable.
overall, ♥♥♥♥♥ (4/5) for the restaurant. :)
went to g2000 and bought 2 working tops for babyz.
and a couple of polo for babyz and working pants for me from giordano. i love the pants that has lace details. :)
a lil into lace recently. :D
trained down to toa payoh and bought a phone for my sissy.
okay, i guess i'll never ever have the chance to walk in and just get a phone without contract.
further more, the add ons are ridiculous.
three of us went to manzoku reflexology and spent almost 2 hours there.
all three of us had foot massage but babyz and i add on for a back and neck massage.
the pains of being a table seated career.
bill came up to $150 for the massage.
a really nice weekend is spent away just like that. :(
shall look forward to the next weekend, and shout TGIW (thank god it's weekends!).
